Kindyweb Education NZ is owned and operated by Shannon Hewson, based in Aotearoa New Zealand. We offer online early childhood education content, courses, and community membership through our website at kindyweb.com

By accessing or using our site, purchasing a product, or joining our community, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Our products

Kindyweb Education NZ currently offers:

• Free content including videos, blog posts, and downloadable resources

• The Nurturing Play course a self-paced online course

• The Nurturing Play Collective is a membership community hosted by Kindyweb

• Other digital products (eBooks, guides) as offered from time to time

3. Purchases and payment

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we are generally unable to offer refunds once access has been granted.

4. Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you have any concerns, please contact us at hello@kindyweb.com within 7 days of purchase. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will not be issued after 7 days, or where a significant portion of the course content has been accessed.

If your purchase was made in error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

5. Membership and cancellation

The Nurturing Play Collective is offered as a subscription membership. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at hello@kindyweb.com or managing your subscription through your Systeme.io account. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are offered for unused time within a billing period.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including course materials, videos, workbooks, written content, frameworks (including the SIMPLE framework), graphics, and brand assets, is the intellectual property of Kindyweb Education NZ and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright law.

You may access and use our content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, distribute, sell, or reproduce any part of our content without our written permission.

7. Community guidelines (The Nurturing Play Collective)

The Nurturing Play Collective is a warm, respectful community space. By joining, you agree to:

• Treat all members with kindness and respect

• Keep shared conversations within the community (do not screenshot or share others’ posts publicly)

• Refrain from spam, self-promotion, or sharing content unrelated to our community’s purpose

• Engage in good faith and with the wellbeing of children and whānau in mind

Kindyweb Education reserves the right to remove any member who does not uphold these guidelines, without refund.

8. Disclaimer

The content provided by Kindyweb Education NZ is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Every child is different please always use your own judgement and consult appropriate professionals when needed.

While we make every effort to ensure our content is accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about its completeness or suitability for any particular purpose.

9. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our site. We take your privacy seriously and will never sell your information to third parties.

By subscribing to our email list, you consent to receive occasional educational content and updates from Kindyweb Education. You may unsubscribe at any time.

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Kindyweb Education is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our site or products.

11. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Aotearoa New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
